100% Remote - FOREVER

All PROHASHING positions work remotely, and most require minimal or no travel. PROHASHING does not have, and does not plan to lease, commercial office space. You won't have to worry about your safety from the theta, omega, or whatever other variant of the SARS-Cov-2 virus may arise.

Results-Oriented Work Environment

PROHASHING does not mandate specific work hours and does not track vacation days. You will be expected to meet deadlines, to state that you were ill, or to provide an explanation of why the task was more difficult than originally planned. What hours are worked and how many hours are worked to meet those deadlines are entirely up to you.
* Employees that work with external businesses and customers may be expected to be available during those businesses' and customers' preferred hours.

Untracked Sick and Vacation Days

Because PROHASHING does not mandate specific hours, vacation and sick days are not tracked. However, we may request a doctor's note in the case of repeated illnesses.

Retirement Contributions

9.29% of your base salary is contributed quarterly to a SEP IRA administered by Wells Fargo.

Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage

PROHASHING provides benefits equal to or greater than the "Gold" level plans offered at the Affordable Care Act's healthcare.gov.

General Requirements

The following are general requirements for all positions. Specific requirements are listed in the job description.

  • PROHASHING does not post jobs requiring a specific amount of experience. Instead, we believe in identifying candidates who are intelligent, trusted, and hardworking, and providing training (if necessary) to ensure they succeed. Therefore, none of the positions list "years of experience" required.
  • All positions are full-time. Because deep knowledge of cryptocurrency concepts requires time to acquire, we are not accepting part-time applicants.
  • You must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Unless otherwise specified, a native understanding of English is required.
  • All employees are expected to use their real names and images online when communicating with customers and businesses.
  • All employees must be willing to gain a deep understanding of mining and of the products and services PROHASHING offers. PROHASHING is willing to train employees to gain that understanding, but all positions in some way or another will require knowledge outside of the specific requirements of that particular job.
  • In-person meetings will likely be required at some point during employment. Therefore, all candidates must prove full vaccination against COVID-19 at the time of hiring, or present a note indicating a medical exemption from a registered doctor.
