Recover Account

To recover your account, you will need to enter your E-Mail address and either your username or any wallet address currently associated with your account. After submitting this form, click on the link sent to your E-Mail and enter your two-factor authentication code (if enabled).

If you do not have access to any wallet address associated with your account and you also left the "password recovery E-Mail Address" field on the "Settings" page blank, it is not possible to recover the account. It is also not possible to recover lost two-factor authentication keys. If your phone was lost or damaged, installing Authy on the new device and entering your "backups password" will copy your keys to the new device.
